Vegan Pumpkin Patch cake! I had extra cake and fro Vegan Pumpkin Patch cake! I had extra cake and frosting, so I made little cake ball pumpkins and put them right on top with a fresh thyme stem. 

I used @naturescharm new oat milk whipping cream and it was perfect for a light and fluffy frosting! 🎃 happy fall 🍁

One of my favorite things about living in Copenhag One of my favorite things about living in Copenhagen has been the kardemommeboller, or cardamom buns! I made a vegan version at home by swapping in vegan butter and oat milk. 
Shaping the buns was tough, but not bad for a first try. I’ll definitely be trying these again! 🍁🍰🍂🧁
